Account Opening Procedures
Overseas First Federal offers entrepreneurs the opportunity to open "escrow account" to give greater assurance to the transactions of buying and selling products. Overseas First Federal in this way guarantees the seller that the money will be transferred to your account immediately upon receipt of the goods by the buyer and to a buyer that the goods will be delivered.
Our account opening procedures are fully automatic and every step is confirmed through e-mail notifications. Opening an account is free of charge.
Step One
Fill out the online registration form. Provide ALL the requested information including your e-mail address and telephone number. Should your address or phone number change, please inform us immediately.
Step Two
The relevant documentation will be sent to your e-mail address and it must be signed and submitted to the bank via e-mail together with any supporting documents. You will then receive the bank details and your Home Banking access code which will allow you to perform the following online operations: bank transfers, debit card loading, viewing your bank statements and account balance.
Step Three
Make a deposit. See the minimum requirements for the chosen account type:
Basic
€3,000 or £3,000 or USD $5,000 or CHF 5,000;
Premium
€10,000 or £10,000 or USD $20,000 or CHF 20,000;
VIP
€15,000 or £15,000 or USD $30,000 or CHF 30,000.
Step Four
Upon completion of the current account opening procedure your debit card will be sent to the address you entered in the registration form.
Documents necessary for opening the Corporate Account:
1.Signed application form (sent to the Applicant's e-mail as an attachment after filling out the online Registration Form)
2. Copy of valid passport or ID of the beneficial owner(s), directors and authorized signatory*.
3.Certificate of Incorporate or Registration Document of the company*. NB: The Certificate has to be apostilled.
4. Memorandum & Articles of Association or Statues of the company*
Documents necessary for opening the Personal Account:
1. Signed application form (sent to the Applicant's e-mail as an attachment after filling out the online Registration Form).*
2. Signed copy of valid passport or ID.*
